Where are you located?

We are located at 702 Legacy Trail, Ponca City, OK 74604. Our new facility opened in December 2025 and was designed for a luxury spa experience.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

After completing paperwork, you'll have a consultation with your nurse injector to discuss your goals and any areas you'd like to improve. All your questions will be addressed before proceeding. Most clients choose to have their treatment the same day, but you're always welcome to schedule for another visit.

Do you offer financing?

Are services available while pregnant or breastfeeding?

IV Hydration, Microneedling, and Dermaplaning are available during pregnancy and while breastfeeding — a note from your doctor is required. Please inform us of your status when booking so we can advise appropriately.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

During your consultation, our providers will assess your skin and goals and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan for you. We never pressure clients into treatments — we educate and guide.

Are your treatments safe for darker skin tones?

Yes. Shannon's Sciton Luminary training includes advanced protocols for diverse skin types. We take extra care to customize settings appropriately for all Fitzpatrick skin types. Please inform us of your skin history during your consultation.

Can I combine treatments?

Many treatments can be combined for enhanced results — for example, BBL and HydraFacial, or Botox with filler. Your provider will advise on safe and effective combinations and appropriate timing.

How should I prepare for laser treatments?

Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner for 2 weeks before laser treatments. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Stop Retin-A or retinoids 5–7 days prior. Your provider will give specific pre-care instructions for your exact treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. A credit card is collected to schedule all appointments and is only charged if the cancellation policy is not followed.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1–3 weeks in advance for most treatments. HALO and other advanced laser treatments are popular and may book out further. For best availability, book early.
