About MicroLaserPeel
MicroLaserPeel goes deeper than a NanoLaserPeel, removing a more significant layer of damaged skin for noticeable improvement in wrinkles, scars, pigmentation, and overall skin texture. It bridges the gap between a light surface peel and a full ablative resurfacing — delivering real results with a manageable 3–5 day recovery.
How It Works
Using Sciton's precision erbium laser, MicroLaserPeel removes 25–50 microns of the skin's surface — deeper than a NanoLaserPeel but shallower than a full resurfacing. This controlled ablation triggers a robust healing response, producing new collagen and healthier, more even skin.
What to Expect
Treatment takes 30–45 minutes. Topical numbing is applied beforehand. Skin will appear red and feel raw for the first 2–3 days, followed by peeling and flaking. Expect 3–5 days of social downtime. Sun protection is critical during recovery.
Results
Significant improvement in skin texture, fine lines, and pigmentation irregularities. Results continue to improve over several weeks as new collagen forms. A series of 2–3 treatments can produce dramatic cumulative improvement.

Ideal Candidate
Clients with moderate sun damage, fine lines, acne scarring, or uneven texture who want more dramatic results than a NanoLaserPeel but are not ready for a full HALO treatment. Works well on most skin types with proper customization.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does MicroLaserPeel compare to HALO?
MicroLaserPeel is a purely ablative treatment that removes surface skin. HALO combines ablative and non-ablative wavelengths for both surface and deep remodeling. HALO delivers more dramatic results but with longer downtime.
Can I combine MicroLaserPeel with other treatments?
Yes — MicroLaserPeel is often combined with BBL in the same session for comprehensive rejuvenation. Your provider will recommend the best combination for your goals.
