What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also accept CareCredit and offer Cherry payment plans for qualifying purchases.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice results in a $50 cancellation fee. A credit card is collected to schedule all appointments and is only charged if the cancellation policy is not followed.

What do I need to apply for Cherry?

You must be 18 or older with a valid US state driver's license and a valid bank-issued debit card. The application takes under 30 seconds and only performs a soft credit check.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Some treatments may be eligible. Check with your HSA/FSA administrator — eligibility varies by plan and treatment type.
