Aesthetic State of Mind provides aesthetic and wellness services administered by licensed medical professionals. All information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment outcomes vary by individual. No results are guaranteed. All services require a consultation and are subject to provider assessment of candidacy. ASOM reserves the right to decline services to anyone who is not a suitable candidate.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) may result in a fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has repeatedly missed appointments without notice.

All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent. Some services may have higher age minimums at provider discretion.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, CareCredit, and Cherry financing (subject to approval). All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services. In the event of a service dispute, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss options. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All clients are required to complete and sign informed consent documents prior to receiving treatments. Consent forms detail potential risks, side effects, contraindications, and aftercare requirements. By signing consent forms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the information provided. Please disclose all medications, medical conditions, allergies, and relevant health history to your provider. Incomplete disclosure may affect the safety and effectiveness of your treatment.

Aesthetic and wellness results vary significantly by individual. Factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare, and individual physiology all affect outcomes. Before and after images shown on our website represent individual results and are not guarantees of what you will experience. Any specific results discussed during consultation are estimates only. ASOM makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any service.

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Aesthetic State of Mind, its owners, employees, and providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
